The photo and the scribblings on the paper show various circles, lines, and intersections, some of them highlighted.

The text on the note reads:

"12th September 1984. We've found new signs 17km west of the hideout. 33 points, 12 circles, 1 catalogued pattern (A34_H), 6 unidentified patterns."

There is also an additional line in red below this text:
