The Flamethower is a weapon found in Darkwood. It can only be obtained in the Epilogue and the True Ending, where The Being resides.

The Flamethrower is perhaps the most powerful weapon in the game. Killing loads of enemies and having inexhaustible ammo, it is a truly deadly force to reckon with.

The Flamethrower is mentioned in Chapter 1, having been taken by Maciek as he wandered out into the woods. In the True Ending of the Epilogue, Maciek can be found, still alive, clutching it and referring to it as a "her." The Protagonist brutally takes it from him by grabbing it and beating him, before promptly burning everyone and everything alive to death, including himself.
