If the player get killed by the Wolfman in the Sawmill, the Note from the Wolf #2 can be found on the backpack inside the Sawmill.
The note reads:
"Since you're reading this, you probably came back for your things, Meat.
Unfortunately, i cannot return them to you. Don't be sad, though. I've prepared a consolation prize for your not very susccesful performance. See you in the next life."
