Rotten Mushrooms are miscellaneous items in Darkwood.

Any item capable of decaying, such as Odd-Looking Mushrooms or Odd Meat, will turn into a Rotten Mushroom if they are not used up in time.

Rotten Mushrooms are used to craft Gas Bottles and Gas Tank.

Trivia

• Before Update:Alpha 8.0, Rotten Mushrooms apparently had no use at all.
• Rotten Mushrooms have no Reputation value, a player is better off selling the item before it decays.
• Rotten Mushrooms, because of their low value, can be grabbed back from a vendor for 0 Reputation once the item they came from has fully decayed.
